下岗职工的再就业行为除了要受社会物质条件的影响之外 ,还要受到下岗职工的内在心理条件的影响。运用个案研究和统计调查相结合的方法 ,列举影响下岗职工再就业行为的几个主要的心理因素 ,提出下岗职工所面临的主要问题是如何完成从心理上向市场经济的转变 ,并强调要运用心理学的潜能训练法提高下岗职工的心理素质 ,这无疑是有现实意义的。
In addition to being affected by the material conditions of the society, the reemployment of laid-off workers is also affected by the inherent psychological conditions of the laid-off workers. Using the combination of case studies and statistical surveys, this paper lists several major psychological factors that affect the reemployment behavior of laid-off workers and puts forward the main problems faced by laid-off workers in how to accomplish the psychological transition from a market economy to market economy and emphasizes the need to use Potential training psychology to improve the psychological quality of laid-off workers, which is undoubtedly of practical significance.
