Tumor necrosis factor receptor-related factor and nuclear factor-kappaB kinase-associated kinase 1 (TBK1) gene play an important role not only in the DNA vaccine-induced humoral and cellular immunity-specific immunity, but also in the induction of innate immunity Role. The interferon stimulating factor gene (STING) is an indispensable component of the innate immune response induced by the type I interferon induced by the TBK1 gene. This article reviews the role of TBK1 and STING genes in mediating DNA vaccine immunity.
