乌鞘岭特长隧道9#斜井处在F6和F7活断层之间,千枚岩挤压揉皱,水浸呈泥状;岩体受全隧道最大的F7断层影响严重,节理、裂隙很发育,围岩呈散体状,整体稳定性差,属深埋软岩,中等富水,存在较大的坍塌、淹井风险。根据乌鞘岭隧道长距离大坡度9#斜井施工实践,在Ⅴ、Ⅵ级围岩地质和富水的施工环境下,摸索出一套高效施工组织管理措施、精湛的技术服务和强有力的机械设备配置的施工管理体系,进而总结出一整套适于软弱围岩条件下长大斜井快速施工管理经验。
