在C_2H_8N_2-Na_2O—B_2O_3(或Fe_2O_3)-SiO_2(或部分P_2O_5)-H_2O 体系中合成了一类新型沸石——BZSM-35、FeZSM-35和PZSM-35沸石分子筛。讨论了生成单一晶相上述含杂原子沸石的水热合成条件,并表征了其物理化学特性.用脉冲微反技术考察邻二甲苯异构化反应的研究结果表明,BZSM-35沸石使对二甲苯的选择性明显增加,产物中对二甲苯平衡浓度达到23%,这个数值已接近热力学平衡值.而PZSM-35和FeZSM-35沸石均使二甲苯异构化反应的选择性及活性下降.
A series of novel zeolites - BZSM-35, FeZSM-35 and PZSM-35 zeolites were synthesized in C_2H_8N_2-Na_2O-B_2O_3 (or Fe_2O_3) -SiO_2 (or partially P_2O_5) -H_2O systems. The hydrothermal conditions for the formation of a single crystalline phase containing the heteroatom-containing zeolites described above were discussed and their physicochemical properties were characterized. The investigation of the isomerization reaction of o-xylene with pulsed micro-reversed-phase showed that the zeolite BZSM- The selectivity of toluene increased significantly, the equilibrium concentration of p-xylene in the product reached 23%, which was close to the thermodynamic equilibrium value, while the selectivity and activity of xylene isomerization reaction decreased with both PZSM-35 and FeZSM-35 zeolites.
