电力营销管理对于供电企业的生存和发展起到了重要的作用,也是供电企业中主要的核心业务。然而,随着现代市场体制的快速变化,以往传统的电力营销管理模式已经无法在适应于现代电力市场的需求,电力营销管理如何在市场条件变化下继续发展,这已经成为供电企业共同关注的问题。因此,本文针对电力营销管理中如何应对市场变化策略分析进行了探讨研究,结合我国目前电力营销管理的现状作出具体阐述,并提出相关有效的应对措施。
Power Marketing Management plays an important role in the survival and development of power supply enterprises and is also the main core business in power supply enterprises. However, with the rapid changes of the modern market system, the traditional power marketing management model has been unable to adapt to the needs of the modern electricity market and how the power marketing management continues to develop under the changing market conditions has become a common concern of the power supply enterprises . Therefore, this paper discusses how to deal with market changes in power marketing management strategy, combined with China’s current status of power marketing management to make a specific exposition, and put forward relevant and effective countermeasures.
