【目的/意义】用户持续使用是促使移动图书馆服务持续发展的关键,探讨如何保持移动图书馆服务的用户并促使他们的持续使用具有重要意义。【方法/过程】基于使用后评价这一视角,本研究整合期望-确认模型与享乐理论,构建移动图书馆服务持续意愿的影响因素模型。通过问卷搜集194份有效样本,并利用结构方程模型对假设进行验证。【结果/结论】结果显示,绩效确认显著影响有用性确认和满意,满意和有用性确认进一步显著影响持续意愿;而感知愉悦感也显著影响用户满意和持续意愿。
[Purpose / Significance] The continuous use of users is the key to the sustainable development of mobile library services. It is of great importance to discuss how to maintain the users of mobile library services and promote their continuous use. Method / Process Based on the post-evaluation perspective, this study integrates expectation - a model that confirms the model and hedonic theory and constructs the influencing factors of the continuous desires of mobile library services. A total of 194 valid samples were collected by questionnaire, and the hypothesis was validated by structural equation modeling. [Results / Conclusions] The results show that performance confirmation significantly affects the confirmation and satisfaction of usefulness, and the confirmation of satisfaction and usefulness further significantly affects the willingness to continue; and perceived pleasurability also significantly affects user satisfaction and continuing willingness.
