Objective To investigate the effect of chitooligosaccharides on wound healing in refractory diabetic rats. Methods Preparation of diabetic rat wound model. The experimental group was treated with 5% chitooligosaccharide once a day for 21 days to observe the changes of total bacterial count and wound healing index. The changes of TGF-β1 in the wound tissue were detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The healing rates of wounds on the 7th, 14th and 21st day in the 5% chitosan oligosaccharide treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The wound healing rate reached 100% at 3 weeks after wound healing. On the 3rd and 7th days, chitooligosaccharide treatment The total bacterial count of the group was significantly lower than that of the diabetic control group. The concentration of TGF-β1 in the wound tissue of chitosan oligosaccharide group was significantly higher than that of the diabetic control group at 3, 7 and 14 days after wounding. The results showed that 5% Promote healing of refractory wounds in diabetic rats, and the curative effect is related to the antibacterial effect of chitooligosaccharides and the increase of TGF-β1 concentration in wound tissues.
