对比研究了麦草烧碱-蒽醌浆和桉木硫酸盐浆的性能。结果表明,纤维性能是决定浆料打浆性能和纸张性能的主要因素。与桉木浆相比,麦草浆极易打浆,经打浆后麦草浆各项强度指标的提升幅度较桉木浆小得多,原因是打浆过程中麦草纤维位错值的增大以及大量细小组分的产生。麦草浆中的细小组分不利于纤维间的结合,将细小组分筛分除去后,麦草浆的滤水性能得到明显改善,且纸张的机械及光学性能都有所提高。
The properties of wheat straw caustic soda-anthraquinone pulp and eucalyptus kraft pulp were comparatively studied. The results show that the fiber properties are the main factors that determine the pulp beating properties and paper properties. Compared with eucalyptus pulp, wheat straw pulp is easy to beaten. The strength index of wheat straw pulp after beating is much smaller than that of eucalyptus pulp. The reason is that the dislocation value of straw fiber is increased and a large number of fine groups Points generated. The fine components of wheat straw pulp is not conducive to the combination of fibers. After the fine components are sieved, the drainage of wheat straw pulp is obviously improved, and the mechanical and optical properties of the paper are improved.
