2008年底,俄罗斯紧急情况部总局技术设备局在莫斯科召开例议,总结本年度的工作情况,并对2009年的工作进行谋划。《消防事业》编辑部的记者就首都的消防技术设备问题专程采访了技术设备局局长巴维尔.斯坦尼斯拉沃维奇.格里山科夫。1 莫斯科消防特点当今的莫斯科已经是拥有数百万人口的大都市,而且发展势头强劲。很显然,首都的消防人员工作环境非常特殊。因为莫斯科不仅是国内最大的城市,也是面积最大、人口最多的城市。这里汇聚了众多具有世界意义的文化古建筑,还是国内最大的工业中心和最重要的交通枢纽,在很大程度上决定着俄罗斯经济的发展。这里有许多超过100层的摩天大楼,新增多个地铁站,一些建筑物内配备了现代化的停车场,有的车道长达数公里。
