目的:探讨压缩谱阵(CSA)分析常规脑电图的临床价值。方法:对正常人与30例急性脑梗死(ACI)患者CSA分析。结果:不同年龄组正常人与ACI患者的脑电图构型及其在睁眼与过度换气(HV)中的变化能以不同的谱阵图型式直观地显示出来;ACI患者HV前的脑电中心频率与谱边缘频率患侧明显慢于健侧与对照组,而 δ、θ相对功率非常显著地高于健侧与对照组。结论:CSA分析与ACI定侧定位是一有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of compressed spectral array (CSA) in routine electroencephalography. Methods: CSA analysis of normal subjects and 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Results: EEG configurations and their changes in open-eye and hyperventilation (HV) in normal subjects and ACI patients of different age groups can be visualized with different spectral patterns. The electrical center frequency and spectral edge frequency of the affected side was significantly slower than the contralateral and control groups, while the relative power of δ and θ was significantly higher than that of the contralateral and control groups. Conclusion: CSA analysis and ACI fixed side positioning is an effective method.
