水雾冷却具有冷却范围大、水量调节范围大、冷却均匀的特点。利用流体仿真软件FLUENT对高温平板纯水喷雾冷却进行了模拟计算。研究了射流出口高度、平板表面温度及喷嘴流量对换热系数的影响。模拟结果表明,随着喷射距离(200~500 mm)的减小,换热系数总体呈增加趋势;随着平板表面温度(1 050~1 200 K)的增加,换热系数总体呈减小趋势;随着射流流量或压力的增加,换热系数呈增加趋势。研究可为水雾冷却装置的设计及冷却工艺提供理论依据。
Water cooling with a cooling range, water regulation range, cooling characteristics. Fluid simulation software FLUENT was used to simulate the spray cooling of high temperature flat water. The effects of jet outlet height, plate surface temperature and nozzle flow on heat transfer coefficient were investigated. The simulation results show that with the decrease of jetting distance (200 ~ 500 mm), the overall heat transfer coefficient tends to increase. With the increase of plate surface temperature (1 050 ~ 1 200 K), the heat transfer coefficient tends to decrease With the increase of jet flow rate or pressure, the heat transfer coefficient tends to increase. The research can provide a theoretical basis for the design and cooling process of the water mist cooling device.
