学校文化只有渗透到学校教育的每一个细胞,才能转化为师生的自觉意识与行为,而这个浸润转化的过程就是课程化过程。新课改引发的学校教育转型,要求建构素质教育新图景,必须以学校教育课程化为根本途径和着力点。七年前我校从企业办学的阵痛中改制而来,校园还是“下雨一身泥,刮风沙尘暴”的破烂环境,一种似乎看不到希望的迷茫在大家心中蔓延。伴随七年课程改革,学校走上了课程化建设的发展新路:着力课程系统建构和内涵发展,形成了课程化引动学校整体变革的价值取向,实现了学校教育的深层次变革:育人环境大为改观,师生在丰富有效的课程实践中主动、快乐、有个性地发展,课堂效益持续提升,教育质量全面提高。
Only by infiltrating every cell of school education can the school culture be transformed into the consciousness and behavior of teachers and students, and this infiltration and transformation process is the curriculum process. The transformation of school education triggered by the new curriculum reform requires that the construction of a new picture of quality education be based on the curriculum of school education as the fundamental approach and focal point. Seven years ago, our school restructured from the throes of running a school. The campus was still in a dilapidated environment with “raining mud, wind and dust storms.” A confused hopeless seeming hope could spread in everyone’s mind. With the reform of the curriculum for seven years, the school has embarked on a new development path of curriculum construction: exerting the systematic construction and connotation development of the curriculum system, forming the value orientation that the curriculum reform leads to the overall reform of the school, and realizing the profound changes in school education: Greatly improved, teachers and students in the rich and effective curriculum practice initiative, happy and personalized development, classroom efficiency continued to improve, improve the quality of education.
