经筛选获得链霉菌代谢产物S-921、S-312,它们对菇类病害真菌的抗菌活力强,尤其对危害严重的木霉和链孢霉,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)在2μg/mL以下,而对食用菌本身的毒性很低,MIC在500μg/mL以上,这些结果表明S-921和S-312具有良好的选择毒性。
Streptomyces metabolites S-921 and S-312 were screened for their strong antibacterial activities against mushroom fungi, especially against Trichoderma and Streptomyces which were seriously endangered. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was below 2μg / mL , While the toxicity to edible fungus itself is very low, MIC is above 500μg / mL. These results show that S-921 and S-312 have good selective toxicity.
