本文在分析了轧管机顶头服役条件及旧材质170Cr17Ni2Mo 顶头失效方式(脆断)基础上,研制了新材质130Cr20Ni2M02Re 顶头。分析了各合金元素的作用。运用光学显微镜、电子显微镜、X-射线仪及硬度计等,分析了该材质的组织与性质。观察到新材质属于半铁素体热强钢,基本组织为共晶网状碳化物和晶内粒状碳化物,并就新、旧材质顶头做了生产性对比试验。发现顶头寿命提高2.2倍。若以年产二千吨顶头计算,可节约五百万元。
Based on the analysis of the head service conditions of the rolling mill and the head failure mode (brittle fracture) of the old material 170Cr17Ni2Mo, a new material 130Cr20Ni2M02Re was developed. The effects of alloying elements were analyzed. The microstructure and properties of the material were analyzed by optical microscope, electron microscope, X-ray and hardness tester. It is observed that the new material belongs to the semi-ferritic hot-rolled steel. The basic structure is eutectic net carbide and intragranular granular carbides. A comparative test on the production of new and old materials is carried out. Find the head life increased by 2.2 times. If the annual output of 2,000 tons of head calculation, can save five million yuan.
