武钢某热轧厂2010年由于表面氧化铁皮导致的改判率一直居高不下,上半年平均氧化铁皮改判率为0.34%。对氧化铁皮缺陷的形成原因进行分析,采取多项有效措施减少表面缺陷,包括生产工艺优化、除鳞集管改造、高速钢轧辊及轧制润滑技术的应用等。通过攻关,2011年平均氧化铁皮改判率下降至0.04%。
A hot-rolled mill in WISCO in 2010 due to the surface oxide scale caused the resumption rate has been high, the first half of the average rate of transformation of iron oxide 0.34%. The reasons for the formation of scale defects were analyzed, and a number of effective measures were taken to reduce the surface defects, including the optimization of production processes, the descaling header reforming, the application of high speed steel rolls and rolling lubrication technology. Through tackling the problem, the average 2011 ferric oxide conversion rate dropped to 0.04%.
