利用TEM技术和位错应力场的计算,研究了2090AlLi合金中片状脱溶相T1在小角度晶界上的非均匀沉淀情况。TEM观察结果表明,仅有一种T1相的变体可在亚晶界上析出。通过对[110]束向下所出现的惯析面平行于(111)和(111)晶面的两种变体与刃型位错墙的弹性交互作用能的计算,得到了在亚晶界上所析出的变体具有较低的弹性交互作用能的结论,因而该变体在亚晶界上析出时具有较小的形核功。
TEM and dislocation stress field calculations were used to study the non-uniform precipitation of flaky de-melting T1 in small-angle grain boundaries in 2090AlLi alloy. TEM observations indicate that only one variant of the T1 phase can precipitate on the subgrain boundaries. Through the calculation of the elastic interaction energy between the two variants of (111) and (111) planes with the adhering surface appearing downward [110] and the edge-dislocation wall, The variant precipitated has the conclusion that the elastic interaction energy is lower, so the variant has smaller nucleation work when precipitated on the subgrain.
