为了研究配植物筋砌块砌体通缝抗剪的力学性能,考虑2种砌块强度等级、2种砂浆强度等级及3种植物筋配筋率的影响,制作了7组配植物筋砌块砌体,并进行通缝抗剪试验,研究不同工况下配植物筋砌体的受力特点、界面抗剪强度及配筋率对抗剪性能的影响;运用ABAQUS对配植物筋砌体通缝抗剪试验进行数值模拟,对比分析试验与数值模拟2种结果,基于可靠指标的概率理论极限状态设计法,推导不同工况组合的配植物筋砌块砌体通缝抗剪强度值。结果表明:配植物筋砌体破坏形态为剪切破坏,砂浆强度对砌体抗剪强度影响最大,每层配筋砌体提高抗剪强度为隔层配筋砌体提高抗剪强度的近2倍。在试验研究与模拟分析的基础上,引入修正的回归系数K拟合得到配植物筋砌块砌体通缝抗剪计算公式,推导公式的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
In order to study the mechanical properties of slotted masonry composite seams, considering the effect of two kinds of block strength grades, two kinds of mortar strength grades and three kinds of plant reinforcement reinforcement ratio, seven groups with plant reinforcement block Masonry and through-seam shear tests were carried out to study the mechanical characteristics of masonry-reinforced masonry under different working conditions, the interface shear strength and the ratio of reinforcement to the shear strength. The calculation results of the derivation formula are in good agreement with the experimental results.
