随着能源结构优化和创新驱动引导,煤炭企业转型升级迫在眉睫,而多元化经营成为很多煤炭企业转型发展的良策。阐述了神华近年来在稳抓煤炭主业、保持行业领先地位的同时,实施煤、电、路、港、航、煤化工多元化运营,认为其多元化发展优势明显但也存在问题。在分析神华多元化经营模式的基础上,通过研究其多元化经营现状和存在问题,提出相应的提升多元化经营水平的对策,以实现企业的可持续发展。
With the optimization of energy structure and innovation-driven guidance, the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises are imminent, and diversification has become a good strategy for the transformation and development of many coal enterprises. In the meantime, it expounds that Shenhua, while steadily grasping the leading coal industry and maintaining its leading position in the industry, implemented the diversified operation of coal, electricity, roads, ports, airlines and coal chemical industry and believed that its diversified development had obvious advantages but also had some problems. Based on the analysis of Shenhua diversified business model, by studying the status quo and existing problems of diversified business, we put forward corresponding countermeasures to enhance the diversified management level in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
