为了分析旋毛虫成囊前期幼虫(PEL)抗原以寻找更有效的旋毛虫病诊断方法,本实验国内首次对PEL的收集方法进行了研究。在贝氏法原理的基础上,分别采用了160目、200目、240目和280目4种分样筛以及布袋收集PEL,并观测了PEL的数量和纯度。结果表明:在4种分样筛和各种收集时间中,用240目分样筛收集3h为比较理想的实验条件,在此条件下能够得到大量纯度较高的PEL虫体;另外,用棉布袋比用分样筛的收集效果更好。在收集2.5h时用240目分样筛得到的虫体数量比用棉布袋多(p<0.05),但纯度较低;在收集3h以后,用这两种方法得到的虫体数量相近(P>0.05),而用布袋法得到的虫体纯度更高
In order to analyze the diagnosis of Trichinella spiralis pre-larvae (PEL) antigen in order to find a more effective method for the diagnosis of Trichinellosis, this study was the first to study the method of PEL collection in our country.
