本文考察了不同中和度时天然羧酸对高分子量部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(PHPAM)流变性的影响.结查表明,羧酸及其盐与PHPAM形成分子间复合物的趋势极弱,在所研究范围内没有观察到粘度升高现象.相反,羧酸及其盐的存在,使PHPAM溶液的粘度降低,非牛顿性减弱.可能的机理是:羧酸及其盐的加入,增加了体系的离子强度,屏蔽了大分子链的电荷,使大分子卷缩,则流动阻力减小,粘度下降,非牛顿性减弱.
In this paper, the effects of natural carboxylic acids on the rheological properties of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPAM) with different degree of neutralization were investigated.The results showed that the tendency of carboxylic acids and their salts to form intermolecular complexes with PHPAM was extremely weak, On the contrary, the presence of carboxylic acids and their salts reduced the viscosity of the PHPAM solution and decreased the non-Newtonian properties.The possible mechanism is that the addition of carboxylic acids and their salts increases the Ionic strength, shielding the charge of the macromolecular chains, the crimp of the macromolecules, the flow resistance decreases, the viscosity decreases, non-Newtonian weakened.
