中学生身心正处于成熟和发展的阶段,学生相互间的个性差异是客观存在的。因此,体育教师在教学的过程中,如何更好地把握个性差异和教育时机,对于提升体育教学效果,发展学生的身心健康和综合素质有着重要的意义。基于此,本研究以个性差异的内涵为切入点,分析了中学体育教学过程中学生个性差异与对待,以期为促进中学体育教学效果的提升,提供参考。
Middle school students are in the stage of maturity and development, and individual differences among students are objective. Therefore, in the process of teaching, how to better grasp the differences of personality and the timing of education for PE teachers is of great significance for improving PE teaching effect and developing students’ physical and mental health and overall quality. Based on this, this study takes the connotation of individual differences as the starting point, analyzes the differences and treatment of students’ personalities in the process of physical education in middle schools, in order to provide reference for promoting the effect of physical education in middle schools.
