风险管理广泛存在于企业运行的各个环节中,人力资源培训与开发中的风险管理也必不可少。本文指出培训风险具有波及性、滞后性、主观性三大特点,并将培训风险划分为四种类型,融入培训理念、培训者素质、培训内容等相关影响因素,最终提出运用法律手段、健全培训机制、完善监控系统等培训风险管理措施。
Risk management exists in all aspects of the operation of enterprises, and risk management in human resources training and development is also indispensable. This paper points out that the training risk has the characteristics of spread, lag and subjectivity. It divides the training risk into four types, integrates the related factors such as the training concept, the quality of the trainer and the content of the training. Finally, it puts forward that using legal means and training Mechanism, improve the monitoring system training risk management measures.
