富内节育器是我国育龄妇女最多采用的避孕工具,也是世界上使用宫内节育器最多的国家。它具有安全、长效、简便、经济等优点。但使用宫内节育器可引起月经失调,常表现为月经过多、经期延长或不规则阴道出血等,也有少数出现月经量减少。我们对本卫生院接诊的58例首次使用宫内节育器1～6个月内因月经失调妇女的情况做一分析。
