大蒜,是大众喜爱的健康食品。近十年来,大蒜的需求迅速增加,已成为我国外贸出口数量最大,换汇率高,盈利多的重要农产品。然而,大蒜在收后三个月(9月上旬)即开始发芽,逐渐丧失其商品价值。因此,抑制大蒜发芽,是大蒜保鲜贮藏的关键。 Garlic, is the public favorite health food. Over the past decade, the demand for garlic has rapidly increased and has become an important agricultural product with the largest export volume, high exchange rate and more profits in China. However, garlic began to germinate three months after harvest (early September) and gradually lost its value of the commodity. Therefore, inhibition of garlic sprouting, garlic preservation is the key storage.
