当前,随着国家深入推进教育领域综合改革的推进,以素质教育为核心,以全面发展为目标,以培养学生的创新能力和实践精神为宗旨的教育理念,给音乐职业教育人才培养工作提出了更高要求。如何在现有条件下增强学生就业能力,全面提高培养的针对性、灵活性和开放性,为基础音乐教育培养出全面发展的复合型音乐师资人才,是我们在教学工作中应予重点关注的课题。本文以巴班斯基“最优化理论”为指引,研究探讨音乐舞蹈教学在课程结构设置、教学法等方面存在的主要问题,探索确定行之有效的教学、评价、管理模式,以适应形势发展和新任务需要。
