我厂铸钢车间有五吨、八吨碱性电弧炉各一台,装入量分别为九吨和十八吨左右。年产钢水四万余吨,其中锻造钢锭二万多吨。钢种主要有35、45炭钢以及40CrA、35CrMoA、38SiMnMo、25Cr_2MoV、20Cr_3MoWV等合金结构钢,并有一定数量的1Cr13、Cr11MoV、1Cr12MoWV等不锈钢锭,合金钢占全部产量的30％左右。由于本厂锻造能力小,也没有热送钢锭的条件,因此,浇注出来的钢锭全部在车间里冷却。钢
