我是海洋石油一名普通的采油平台长,由于海洋石油行业高科技、高风险、高投入的特殊性,一个采油平台十几个人要管理,运行着数亿元的国有资产,不但要担负海上油田的油气生气、集输的重任,还要应对海上恶劣的自然环境。多年来,我和我的同事们以平台为家、与海为伴、与浪共舞。平台员工实行21天倒班制,这对于一群活泼好动、精力旺盛的年轻人来说,是极大的考验,甚至有人把平台戏称为“没有围墙的监狱”。然而,越是在这样的环境中,作为平台长的我就需要掌握更多的管理技巧和技能。首先,思想政治素质过硬,有较强的事业心和责任感,是当好平台长的首要条件。
