针对可重构柔性工装配合五轴铣床实现蒙皮数控切边这一新技术,进行了工艺设计方法研究.首先介绍了数控可重构柔性工装的定位原理、结构原理以及基准传递协调原理.针对新技术应用中合理布局、精确定位和稳定夹持等3个问题,进行了工艺分析研究.突破了曲面零件装夹姿态定位算法、支撑立柱升程计算、自动化布局设计和装夹过程仿真等关键技术,开发了面向新装备新技术的工艺设计仿真系统.应用任意拉格朗日-欧拉法实现了蒙皮切边过程的有限元仿真,给出了仿真实例.选择某型号飞机镜面蒙皮零件,应用所提出的工艺设计方法进行了工艺试验,对试验结果进行了误差分析,结果表明加工精度满足制造要求.

Breaking the curved surface part fixture attitude positioning algorithm, support column lift calculation, automated layout design and clamping process simulation and other key technologies , Developed a process design simulation system for new equipment and new technology.Applied any Lagrangian - Euler method to achieve the skinning trimming process of finite element simulation, gives a simulation example.Select a model aircraft mirror skin parts , The application of the proposed process design method for the process of testing the results of the error analysis showed that the processing accuracy to meet the manufacturing requirements.
