国企高管薪酬一直是社会关注的焦点。从最近全球广泛关注的“限薪令”入手,通过高管过高薪酬揭示我国国企公司治理的天然缺陷,并提出一些改善公司治理的措施。
State-owned executive compensation has always been the focus of society. Starting with the “salary limit order”, which has drawn widespread attention in the world recently, this paper reveals the natural defects of the governance of state-owned enterprises in China through over-remuneration of executives and puts forward some measures to improve corporate governance.
