利用顶空固相微萃取技术(SPME)吸附采集迷迭香叶的挥发性成分,采用GC/MS技术分析鉴定,并用GC/MS总离子流色谱峰的峰面积进行归一化定量.从迷迭香叶总离子流图中分离出55个峰,鉴定出其中的48种化学成分,占总峰面积的98.25%.迷迭香叶的主要挥发性成分为1R-α-蒎烯(36.86%)、1,8-桉叶油素(13.65%)、D-柠檬烯(7.58%)、莰烯(6.57%)、樟脑(3.66%)等.
The headspace solid-phase microextraction (SPME) was used to collect the volatile components of rosemary leaves, which were identified by GC / MS and normalized with the peak area of GC / MS total ion current. Among the 48 chemical constituents, 48.25% of the total peak area was identified, and the main volatile components of rosemary leaf were 1R-α-pinene (36.86% , Eucalyptol (13.65%), D-limonene (7.58%), camphene (6.57%), camphor (3.66%) and the like.
