青海拉西瓦水电站作为“西电东送”北通道的骨干电源点,对西北电网750kV网架起重要的支撑作用,是实现西北水火电“打捆”送往华北电网的战略性工程。本文通过对常用的3ω定子接地保护和3U0定子接地保护原理的简单介绍,重点突出了拉西瓦水电站发电机定子接地保护所采用的外加20Hz电源注入式100%定子接地保护,文中不但详细分析了此保护方式的实现和各配套装置的工作原理,还通过开机前的保护整组实验和72h试运行,总结了现场调试注意事项以及整套装置的应用与维护注意事宜,以此证实此保护原理与三次谐波原理相比,更具有突出的优势,例如灵敏度更高、测量范围更大,且与发电机运行工况无关等。
Laxiwa Hydropower Station in Qinghai Province serves as the backbone power point of the “North West Power Transmission” north passage and plays an important supporting role in the 750kV grid of the Northwest Power Grid.
