调查在高温辐射热、高温磁场及单纯性高温环境下作业时,对机体心血管系统影响。通过对4个厂3个车间作业工人心电图等生理指标检查,发现3个接触组平均心率低于正常对照组,其中以高温辐射热组最为明显,平均心率只有62.9次/min。在高温辐射热环境下作业的工人心率过缓者明显高于高温磁场和单纯性高温下作业工人;心电图异常者3接触组与对照组比较差别有非常显著意义(P<0.01),而在高温磁场下作业工人心电图异常者明显高于高温辐射热和单纯性高温下作业工人(P<0.01)。
To investigate the cardiovascular system in the high temperature radiant heat, high temperature magnetic field and simple high temperature environment work. The results showed that the average heart rate of the three exposure groups was lower than that of the normal control group. The most obvious was the high temperature radiation group, with an average heart rate of 62.9 times / min. The workers who work in high temperature radiant heat environment had obviously higher heart rate than the workers in high temperature magnetic field and simple high temperature. The difference between 3 contact group and control group was significant (P <0.01) Magnetic field abnormality in workers with ECG was significantly higher than the high temperature radiant heat and simple high temperature workers (P <0.01).
