文化企业作为文化产业发展的主体,其经营能力直接决定了我国文化产业发展的水平和质量。以沪深50家文化传播上市公司为样本,利用因子分析和DEA-Bootstrap结合的三步法对我国文化产业上市公司经营效率进行了实证分析。结果表明,我国文化产业上市公司总体经营效率较低,行业内部,广告营销和动漫两大新兴行业的经营效率最好,平面媒体和影视娱乐业排名居中,互联网、广播与电视业经营效率总体排名相对较靠后。此外,与其他行业相比,互联网业的内部竞争更加激烈,公司之间经营效率差异明显。
As the main body of cultural industry development, cultural enterprises directly determine the level and quality of the development of cultural industries in China. Taking the 50 Shanghai-Shenzhen listed companies as cultural samples, this paper uses factor analysis and DEA-Bootstrap to analyze the operational efficiency of listed companies in China’s cultural industry. The results show that the overall operating efficiency of listed companies in cultural industries is relatively low. The two new industries, namely, intra-industry, advertising, marketing and animation, have the best management efficiency. The print media and entertainment industry are ranked in the middle. The overall operating efficiency of the Internet, radio and television industries Relatively after. In addition, compared with other industries, the internal competition in the Internet industry is more intense, and there are obvious differences in the operating efficiency among the companies.
