目的:建立金力胶囊中多糖含量测定的方法。方法:采用硫酸-蒽酮法测定金力胶囊中多糖含量。结果:多糖在0.017 2～0.086 mg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线形关系(r=0.998 1),平均回收率99.42%(n=6),RSD为3.22%。结论:该法测定金力胶囊中多糖,方法准确可靠,重复性好。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharides in Jinli Capsules. Methods: The content of polysaccharides in Jinli capsules was determined by sulfuric acid-anthraquinone method. Results: The polysaccharides showed a good linear relationship (r=0.998 1) in the range of 0.017 2 to 0.086 mg.mL-1. The average recovery was 99.42% (n=6) and the RSD was 3.22%. Conclusion: The method was used to determine polysaccharides in Jinli Capsules. The method was accurate and reliable, and the repeatability was good.
