Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) B and Q are the most invasive and widely distributed biotypes of B. tabaci, and they are currently mixed in many areas. Rapid identification of these two biotypes is of great value to their population dynamics research and invasion ecology. In order to verify the validity of microsatellite loci BEM06 and BEM23 in discriminating B and Q biotype Bemisia tabaci, this study analyzed the alleles of these two microsatellite loci at home and abroad 17 B type, 4 Q type, Distribution Characteristics of Three Non-B / Q Bemisia tabaci Population. The results showed that the combination of these two microsatellite loci could identify type B and Q biotype Bemisia tabaci but could not effectively distinguish type B and Q from some individuals other than B. tabaci . The results suggest that the use of microsatellite loci BEM06 and BEM23 to identify B and Q Bemisia tabaci has some limitations, especially in the field of other biotypes of Bemisia tabaci need to be careful to use this identification method.
