不少人特别是老年人喜欢小酌一杯,在红白喜事、年关节日时,就更离不开饮酒。但饮酒如何配菜却有一番学问。饮酒的最佳佐菜当推高蛋白和含维生素多的食物。因为酒精含量越大,所消耗的酶与维生素就越多,故应及时补充。富含蛋氨酸和胆碱的食品尤为有益,如新鲜蔬菜、水果、豆类、瘦肉、鲜鱼、蛋类等。蔬菜和水果中的维生素B_6,还具有防止“醉酒”的作用。
