从薄壁中空坯件橡胶模胀形中产生侧壁横向皱折致废和底部内凹缺陷的形成机理着手,分析阐述了薄壁中空件橡胶模胀形的力学特性。在此基础上提出避免这两种废品缺陷产生的措施。
The formation mechanism of lateral wrinkles and bottom concave defects in the bulging of thin-walled hollow blank rubber molds are discussed. The mechanical characteristics of the bulging of thin walled hollow parts are analyzed. On this basis, proposed to avoid these two kinds of waste defects generated measures.
