本实验建立并优化了用毛细管PCR扩增人参RAPD指纹的反应体系，讨论了用毛细管PCR方法扩增RAPD指纹在中药材鉴别上的应用前景。
This experiment establishes and optimizes the reaction system for amplifying RAPD fingerprints of ginseng by capillary PCR, and discusses the application prospects of RAPD fingerprints for identification of Chinese medicinal materials by capillary PCR.
