目的研究缝匠肌肌构筑特征和肌内神经分支分布。方法用大体解剖法解剖并观察测量20具尸体缝匠肌的肌构筑学特征;用改良Sihler’s肌内神经染色法,探讨10具尸体缝匠肌肌内神经分支分布。结果缝匠肌是一块由长肌束平行排列构成的带状肌,肌质量(97.9±13.3)g,肌长(47.3±4.3)cm,肌纤维长(40.0±3.8)cm,羽状角0°,生理横切面积(2.0±2.3)cm2;缝匠肌有2支一级神经支支配,发出分支支配肌的上部和中下部,且两部肌内神经分支分布相互独立。缝匠肌中下部肌内神经分支少,吻合少,区域性分布较明显。结论缝匠肌肌内神经的分支分布与肌构筑学特点有关。
Objective To study the construction characteristics of sartorius muscle and the distribution of intramuscular nerve branches. Methods Gross anatomy was used to dissect and observe the muscle architecture of 20 sartorius sarcomas. Modified Sihler’s intramuscular nerve staining was used to investigate the distribution of intramuscular nerve branches in 10 corpse. Results The sartorius muscle was a muscle with a length of (47.9 ± 13.3) g, muscle length of (47.3 ± 4.3) cm, muscle fiber length of (40.0 ± 3.8) cm and pinnate angle of 0 ° (2.0 ± 2.3) cm2. The sartorius muscle had two branches of first degree nerve branches, which distributed branches in the upper part and lower part of the muscle, and the branches of the two muscles were independent of each other. Sartorius muscle in the lower part of the myenteric nerve branches less anastomosis less obvious regional distribution. Conclusion The branch distribution of intramuscular nerve of sartorius muscle is related to the characteristics of muscle architecture.
