This article first explains the necessity of adding “World Race / Ethnic Table” to “China Library Classification Act”, and then puts forward some ideas on how to prepare a “World Race / Ethnic Table”. Finally, we may encounter some problems in compiling the table and its future use The question raised the solution to the problem
