目的 :对中药韭子的化学成分进行研究。方法 :溶剂提取和硅胶柱分离 ,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 5个化合物 ,分别为烟草甙C ,1 O α L 鼠李糖 (2 2S) 胆甾 5 烯 1β ,3β ,16 β ,2 2 四羟基 16 O β D 葡萄糖甙 ,β 胡萝卜甙 ,腺嘌呤核苷和胸腺嘧啶核苷。 结论 :均为首次从该植物中分得。
Purpose : To study the chemical constituents of Chinese Wolfberry fruit. Method : Solvent extraction and separation on silica gel column, and its structure was identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compound. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated and identified, which were Nicotiana tabacum, 1 O α L rhamnose (2 2S) cholest-5-ene 1β, 3β, 16 β, 2 2 tetrahydroxy 16 O β D glucosidase, β Carrots, adenosine and thymidine. Conclusion : All were obtained from this plant for the first time.
