通过两年对普通小麦小偃6号和小偃107、硬粒小麦4286,在播前、返青、拔节和抽穗4个关键时期施氮,研究了小麦籽粒粗蛋白含量及其组分含量的变化。结果表明,施氮对普通小麦的调节效应大于硬粒小麦。随施氮时期推迟,各品种蛋白质含量呈递增趋势,但增加程度不同。蛋白质组分中清蛋白和谷蛋白随施肥时期推后,呈递增趋势,但球蛋白以拔节期施肥含量最高,醇溶蛋白以拔节期或返青期施肥含量最高。
The changes of crude protein content and its components in wheat grain were studied through nitrogen fertilization at four key periods: sowing Xiaoyan 6 and Xiaoyan 107 and Durum 4286 in two years before sowing, returning to green, jointing and heading. . The results showed that the regulation effect of nitrogen on common wheat was greater than that of durum wheat. With the postponing of nitrogen application, the protein content of all varieties showed an increasing trend, but the degree of increase was different. Albumin and glutenin in protein fractions increased with the time of fertilization, but globulin had the highest content of fertilizers at jointing stage and highest content of gliadin at jointing stage or turning green stage.
