本文研究了300mg/L的三价铬(Cr2(SO4)3·6H2O)和六价铬(k2Cr2O7)对小麦幼苗脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,三价铬和六价铬处理均可导致小麦幼苗脯氨酸的大量累积,而六价铬处理的小麦幼苗脯氨酸累积量又高于三价铬处理,叶片中脯氨酸的累积量明显高于根系,但其累积速率较慢。脯氨酸的累积并非来源于蛋自质的降解,主要是脯氨酸的合成能力加强或氧化降解能力减弱所致。
In this paper, the effects of 300mg / L trivalent chromium (Cr2 (SO4) 3 · 6H2O) and hexavalent chromium (k2Cr2O7) on the proline content of wheat seedlings were studied. The results showed that both trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium could lead to the accumulation of proline in wheat seedlings, while the accumulation of proline in wheat seedlings treated with hexavalent chromium was higher than that of trivalent chromium treatment.
