为克服现有技术方法中难以精确测得薄壁管件周向力学性能的弊端,本文提出了一种管件周向力学性能测试装置及测试方法,介绍了该装置的结构及测试原理,并基于有限元软件ABAQUS模拟了整个测试过程。测试结果表明该测试方法的有效性和可行性。最后利用该测试装置对69111不锈钢管件进行了挤胀实验,获得了薄壁管件的周向力学性能数据。该测试方式能有效解决材料各向异性造成的小尺寸薄壁管件周向力学性能的测试技术难题,能直接、有效的测得薄壁管件的周向力学性能。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art methods that it is difficult to accurately measure the circumferential mechanical properties of thin-walled pipe fittings, a testing device and a testing method for the circumferential mechanical properties of the pipe fitting are proposed in this paper. The structure and testing principle of the device are introduced. The meta-software ABAQUS simulates the entire testing process. The test results show that the test method is effective and feasible. Finally, this test device was used to expand the 69111 stainless steel tube, and the circumferential mechanical properties of the thin-walled tube were obtained. The test method can effectively solve the problem of testing the circumferential mechanical properties of thin-walled tubes with small material anisotropy, and can directly and effectively measure the circumferential mechanical properties of thin-walled tubes.
