目的:研究椿皮中三氯甲烷部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、HP-20和Sephadex LH-20等分离手段对三氯甲烷萃取部分进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(1H-NMR,13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从三氯甲烷萃取部分分离5个化合物。分别鉴定为:豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(Ⅰ),豆甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(Ⅱ),5,6,7,8-四甲氧基香豆素(Ⅲ),ocotillone(Ⅳ),20-羟基达玛-24-烯酮(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ和Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of trichloromethane in molting. Methods: The chloroform fractions were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, HP-20 and Sephadex LH-20. The structures were identified by spectral analysis (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR). Results: Five compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract fraction. They were identified as: Soybean-4-en-3-one (I), Soybean-4,6,8(14), 22-Teten-3-one(II), 5,6,7,8- Tetramethoxycoumarin (III), ocotillone (IV), 20-hydroxydamma-24-enone (V). Conclusion: Compounds I, II, III and V were isolated from this plant for the first time.
