新生儿重症监护室(Newborn Intensive Care Unit)建立以来,推动了新生儿医学的发展,由于诊断和治疗及时,医护质量很高,对降低新生儿的病死率起了很大作用。笔者于1984年9月初至1985年3月底在美国旧金山加州大学附属旧金山综合医院、Moffitt 医院及旧金山儿童医院3所 NICU 进修学习。现将这些 NICU 的情况作一简要介绍,以供大家参考。一、NICU 的组成一般由1主治医生或主任主管16~24张病床,下有总住院医生1人,住院医生、实习医生及有3年以上临床经验的进修医生(fellow)各1~2人。主管医生3~4周轮换1次,
