摘 要:教学设计是否科学合理,直接关系着整个英语课程目标的实现,所以教学设计要突出重点,突破难点。要把教和学紧密结合,要尽最大可能激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

【教学目标】
(一) 知识目标
学生能够掌握和运用本课单词、短语、句型。如:bedroom, Dictionary, front, above, thirty, front, above以及:How old is he/she? He/She is...(years old).
(二) 能力目标
能够运用本课所学句型来询问他人年龄,通过学习Danny’s bedroom, our classroom,能描述自己的卧室。
(三) 情感文化,策略目标
1. 过本课的学习,让学生们懂的尊重他人的文化习俗(英语家庭中,问女士的年龄是不礼貌的。)
2. .能够保持浓厚的学习兴趣和动力,能积极地用英语进行交流。
【教学重难点】
重点:询问他人年龄,方位介词的使用。
难点:介绍房间布局。

【教学过程】
一、 导入环节(5分钟)
(一) 导入新课,板书课题
导入语:Good morning, class. How are you? Today, we are going to learn:
Lesson 27: Danny at Home
(二) 出示學习目标
过渡语:First, let’s read the learning goals together.
1. 我要掌握单词:bedroom, dictionary, front, above, thirty;短语:in front of 在……前面,count from...to... 从……数到……,beside the door在门后面;句型:The picture is above the bed. — Where is my cat? — It is sleeping behind the door. Let’s begin.
2. 我能够保持浓厚的学习兴趣和动力,能积极地用英语进行交流。
过渡语:I believe everyone can achieve your goal! Can you? Let’s begin.
二、 学习环节(20分钟)
Step 1: asking and answering
1. The teacher asks some individual students: What does your father do? What does your mother do? What do you do? How old is your mother/father? How old are you?” then ask other students: How old is he/she? Help the students to answer: He/she is...years old.
2. Students practise in pairs.
Step 2: listening and answering
Before students listen, teacher shows the question: What are they talking about?
(Students listen and answer)
Step 3: reading
Students read the part 2 and answer the following questions:
1. How old is Jim’s uncle?
2. How old is Danny?
3. How old is Jim?
Step 4: making a dialogue
Make a dialogue to practise the drill: How old is she? the teacher points at the woman teacher behind the classroom.
Step 5: looking and answering
Ask the students to look at the pictures on the screen, then answer the question: Where is the ball?
Step 6: playing the game
Teacher puts up a red flower rose, then ask them to close their eyes and guess:
Where is the flower? They can ask the teacher questions like this: Is it in your hands?
If a student finds it in three questions, he can win. The flower rose belongs to him.
