本院自 1990年 3月～ 2 0 0 0年 3月应用肝内浅表胆管与空肠吻合 ,治疗 16例高位阻塞性黄疸患者 ,效果良好 ,现介绍如下。1 资料与方法1 1 一般资料 本组男 11例 ,女 5例 ,年龄 30～ 72岁。晚期恶性肿瘤累及肝门区 9例 (胰头癌 4例、壶腹部癌 3例、胆管癌 1例、胆囊癌 1例 )
The hospital used an intrahepatic superficial bile duct and anastomosis of the jejunum from March 1990 to March 2000 to treat 16 patients with high obstructive jaundice. The results are good and are presented below. 1 Materials and Methods 1 1 General Information The group of 11 males and 5 females aged 30 to 72 years old. 9 cases of advanced hepatic malignancy involving hepatic portal area (4 cases of pancreatic head cancer, 3 cases of ampullary carcinoma, 1 case of cholangiocarcinoma, 1 case of gallbladder carcinoma)
