我国医疗卫生监督工作自从开展以来取得了比较可喜的成果,也完善了我国医疗体制。但是在整个过程中还是会出现不完善的地方,例如证据收集。在收集的过程中,收集过程中证据的证明力以及专业性的问题经常出现。那么,笔者在此给的建议就是要对相关的法律进行熟悉,对于收集到的证据的理解以及收集过程中要保证合法,同时,收集到的证据要具有客观性。 China’s medical and health supervision work has made gratifying achievements since its implementation and also perfected the medical system in our country.
