本文建立了一种给定及厚度分布规律的有族流动的混流式转轮叶片设计模型.应用周向平均处理方法,由三维欧拉方程导出子午面上的普通运动方程,该方程可以计及来流有旋、环量分布不均匀及转轮本身对轴面流动的影响.用置于叶片中心的源汇来描述叶片厚度对流场的作用,使设计计算更为灵活简单.结合算例分析了叶片本身与来流旋涡对轴而流场的影响,发现二者作用刚好相反,这些为设计出性能优良的转轮进一步提供了依据和方法.
In this paper, a design flow pattern of mixed-flow rotor blades with given flow and thickness distribution is established. Applying the circumferential averaging method, the ordinary equations of motion on the meridional surface can be deduced from the Euler equations of three dimensions. This equation can account for the influence of the rotation of the flow, the uneven distribution of the annular flow and the flow of the rotor itself. The source and sink placed in the center of the blade are used to describe the effect of blade thickness on the flow field, which makes the design calculation more flexible and simple. The effects of the vane itself and the vortex flow on the axial flow field are analyzed with the example. The results show that the two functions are just the opposite, which provide the basis and method for designing the runner with good performance.
